Located in Central America, Guatemala, cradle of the Mayan culture, is a tropical paradise colored by its crystal blue waters and its deep green rainforest. With a production capacity of more than 3 million hectoliters per year, Cerveceria Centro Americana is able to supply not only the local market, but the international market as well. Gallo Beer, the Guatemalan favorite with a 70% market share, is the recipient of the Prestige Award for 2003, a distinction given only to those brands who have won the renowned Monde Selection Gold Medal for 10 consecutive years.
