BENEDETTO

CHIANTI

The Benedetto or “Blessed” Chianti is one which is derived from four generations of the Trambusti family working under the shadow of the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore; the Duomo of Florence. Great passion and care has been passed down the family, creating some of the finest wines from the rolling hills of the Tuscan region.

The Chianti is produced in Chianti which is located in the unmistakable region of Tuscany D.O.C.G. This wine is a full bodied, bright ruby red, with a distinct bouquet and a harmonious dry, fresh lively taste. It is a tasty blend of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo Nero and 5% other complementary red grapes.

STYLE: Full-bodied, dry, simple and enjoyable

PAIRING:  Enjoy with pasta, spicy dishes, roasted meats and ripe cheeses
