Aged in casks that have contained Pedro Ximenez for a minimum of 15 years.

Color: Amber topaz with gold trim, bright and very bright

Tone: Has great complexity, spicy, with notes of dried fruits, vanilla sweets, honey, toffee and aromas of noble wood

Flavor: Soft and velvety with a certain unctuousness, quality and round with notes of dark chocolate

Aftertaste: Long finish, persistent and with deep shades of wood
